Collecting Personal Information And How Q90 Uses It

This policy applies to all of the products, services, and websites (referred hereafter as “Services”). offered by Q90 Corporation or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies (referred hereafter as “Q90” and/or “Company”). This document outlines the various types of personal information Q90 receives and collects when any individual or company (referred to hereafter as “User”) uses Q90 Services, as well as some of the steps Q90 takes to safeguard personal information. This policy has been prepared in conjunction with the requirements of federal (HIPAA) and state law.
Please note that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time in the sole discretion of Q90.
Q90 offers a number of Services that do not require a User to register for an account or provide any personal information to the Company. However, in other cases, and in order to provide the full range of services offered by the Company, Q90 may collect the following types of information:
Information User Provides
When a User signs up for a Q90 account, service or promotion that requires registration; Q90 may ask the User to provide personal information (such as name, email address and an account password). For certain services, such as purchasing software or consulting, the Company may also request credit card or other payment account information which the Company maintains in an encrypted form on secure servers.
Q90 Cookies
When a User accesses a Q90 website, one or more cookies (small data files containing a string of characters) may be sent to the User’s computer to identify your browser. Q90 uses cookies to improve the quality of services rendered by storing User preferences and tracking user trends. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies, but a User may reset their browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some Q90 features and services may not function properly if your cookies are disabled.
User Communications
Communications between Q90 and Users may involve obtaining personal information relevant to the situation, such as User name, address, phone number, email address, contact preferences, and credit card information. Q90 may retain this information in order to process User inquiries, respond to requests, collect fees, and resolve disputes.
Affiliated Sites
Q90 processes such information in accordance with this Policy. The affiliated sites may have different privacy practices and Q90 encourages Users to read their privacy policies.
In addition to the above mentioned uses of personal information, Q90 may use personal information of Users to:
- Enforce our User Terms and Agreement; – Prevent illegal activities and share with law enforcement or government officials (subpoena, etc);
- Use for auditing, research, and analysis to improve Q90 Services;
- Send the User Service updates, marketing, and promotional offers.
Protecting and Storing Personal Information
Throughout this Policy, Q90 uses the term “personal information” to describe information that can be associated with a specific person and can be used to identify that person. Q90 does not consider personal information to include information that has been “anonymized” or altered so that it does not identify a specific user. Q90 depends on Users to update or correct User’s personal information whenever necessary.
Q90 stores User’s personal information on computers that are protected by physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards. Q90 uses computer safeguards such as firewalls and/or data encryption; and enforces physical access controls to our buildings and files, and authorize access to personal information only for those employees or agents who require it to fulfill their job responsibilities or contracts. Employees or agents provided with personal information are bound by confidentiality obligations and agreements and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they breach these agreements or fail to meet these obligations.
Users Sharing Information Publicly
Users that use a bulletin board or forum on a Q90 Service are responsible for any information shared. Personally identifiable information you submit to one of these bulletin boards or forums can be read, collected, or used by other individuals to send you unsolicited messages. Q90 is not responsible for the information Users choose to disclose or submit in these forums. For example, if you choose to make information, which was previously non-public, available by enabling certain user features, Q90 will collect that information from your interaction and the information will become publicly available.
Other Links And Sites
This Privacy Policy applies to web sites and services that are owned and operated by Q90. The Company does not exercise control over other sites that are linked to Q90 or displayed as a link on Q90 sites. These other sites may place their own cookies or other files on a User’s computer, collect data, or solicit personal information.
Google Calendar Integration
The CIL Suite Google Calendar integration app allows Center administrators to link their organization’s Google Calendar account with CIL Suite in order to export upcoming events from CIL Suite into their Google Calendar.
